Start the Learning Summary: Group Name, Members
Fill in the Learning Summary right after the lesson: topics, key words - make it interesting/useful for the parents!
Every child has a folder: Name, group name, group number, Room Number
NOT MORE then 3 copies per child a day - that saves time & energy and the printers/copy machine can do it....
Keep the folders of the Kids: control and correct them!
Keep your Seminar Rooms tidy - children don´t leave before it is not clean!
Leave the hole puncher in the Office!
Pitch paper, cpies in the office!!Change the group after 2 or 3 days!
PLEASE NO Videos to watch!!!
That is what they can do at home!! MAKE videos of their presentations, role games, activities...You can use their phones for preparations!!
Keep the lesson times! Play something when their concentration is down!

Be aware that you are responsible for the framework: let the children act!!
Make (cool) pictures of the events (= documentation for the Parents and me)
Make selfies with the kids!!Upload them!
Make Certificates with colored paper (1st, 2nd, 3rd place for every child of the group)
Make an effort the make events special: stage, light, decoration, moderation/announcement, …. let the children explain!!! judge! present!!
Still: keep it basic and simple!!!
