1. Morning & Lessons

• • Wake-up service or delegation of the wake-up-service to a room

  • Be punctual at breakfast

  • Lessons: 9.15 – 12.30

  • Daily report into the LESSON SUMMARY

  • Take care that the kids have the working & exercise papers in their folder

  •  Written texts of the kids: Take care that you correct them!

  • Seminar room: keep it clean (with the kids) and create a good atmosphere

  • Collect the folders of the kids

  • LEAVE the (hole) puncher in the office!

3. Evening 

• • Be punctual at the events!

  • TEAMWORK at the Events (Casino, Action-Quiz, Dating-Show, ...)

  • Taking care of home sickness or if one child is sick

  • Bringing the Kids to bed

  • Control of the night silence!

  • Attendance of tutors meeting

Duties

• • Waking up the kids

  • Announcement of Lunch, Dinner

  • Announcement after Lunch, Dinner

  • Just have fun with the activities

I. Lessons

• • Start the Learning Summary: Group Name, Members

  • Fill in the Learning Summary right after the lesson: topics, key words - make it interesting/useful for the parents!

  • Every child has a folder: Name, group name, group number, Room Number

  • NOT MORE then 3 copies per child a day - that saves time & energy and the printers/copy machine can do it....

  • Keep the folders of the Kids: control and correct them!

  • Keep your Seminar Rooms tidy - children don´t leave before it is not clean!

  • Leave the hole puncher in the Office!
    Pitch paper, cpies in the office!!

  • Change the group after 2 or 3 days!

  • PLEASE NO Videos to watch!!!
    That is what they can do at home!! MAKE videos of their presentations, role games, activities...

  • You can use their phones for preparations!!

  • Keep the lesson times! Play something when their concentration is down!

  • Make picts of your posters

  • Make a video of some presentations...

BE CREATIVE!

• • Use colors! Let the children use colors!

  • Write with your hand and create something!

  • Let the children work, create, do...

  • Don´t waste time on the computer!

Friday

• Make a crazy ENGLISH group selfie of YOUR English group - upload it!

• Make a (positive) feedback: letter to the management, love letter to tutor, letter to the parents - Foto & Upload!!
